Seems like this business is a huge scam. Spent money for Christmas on a cologne but it's been 9 days without my package moving. Sent multiple emails to them with no resolution...not even a simple response. Do yourself a favor avoid smell goods nyc at all costs. The bbb will be hearing from me.
